Our Services
Scancom.ae provides connectivity solutions, including SIM and eSIM products designed for business travellers, contractors, and corporate teams. All products are for use outside the UAE unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Orders & Activation
• Orders must be placed via our website or through our approved sales channels.
• eSIMs are delivered digitally via email with a QR code.
• Physical SIMs (if applicable) are shipped via courier.
• Activation begins once the SIM/eSIM connects to a supported network in the destination country/region.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate activation dates.

Usage & Fair Policy
• All SIM and eSIM products are subject to fair usage policies of the respective network operators.
• Products are intended for temporary travel or project use, not as a replacement for permanent mobile subscriptions.
• Hotspot/tethering support may vary by country or operator.
• Extended usage beyond permitted periods may result in suspension by the network operator.

Compliance
• All products are sold under UAE commercial law.
• VAT invoices are provided for all transactions.
• Some international destinations may require ID verification (eKYC) before activation. Customers are responsible for complying with such requirements.

Pricing & Payment
• Prices listed on www.scancom.ae are in AED and include applicable UAE VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• We accept secure online payment methods through our approved payment partners.
• Payment must be received in full before order delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
• eSIMs: Once a QR code has been issued, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable.
• Physical SIMs: Refunds may be requested if the SIM has not been dispatched. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If activation fails due to a verified technical fault, we will provide either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
• No refunds will be issued for incorrect activation dates, device incompatibility, or misuse.

Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for coverage, speed, or service interruptions caused by third-party network operators.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service in all locations.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
